Made to the same recipe as our Colston Bassett stilton, but for the addition of annatto. Shropshire Blue is just a shade nuttier and sweeter than Stilton with an orange colour which gives it presence on the cheeseboard! Creamy texture and a good even blueing characterise this cheese. *Please note that over Christmas period, this item might be replaced with Cropwell Bishop Waxed Shropshire Blue*
