WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We only deliver to mainland England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands. We do not deliver to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands. The delivery service we use cannot guarantee next day delivery to these areas and therefore not suitable for delivering cheese. Please contact us if you require for further details.
DO YOU OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY?
We do now offer a limited Saturday delivery.
I AM BUYING A GIFT FOR A FRIEND, DO YOU INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE GIFT BOX AS A PART OF THE GIFT?
No, as sometimes the name of the gift is not associated with the occasion and the name of the gift box is a way to group the cheeses. If the name of the gift box is important please let us know so that we can include it with the package.
WHEN WILL THE GIFT ARRIVE?
We only offer a next day delivery service due to the nature of the product. APC will send a text message and email, if one is provided, with a 2 hour time slot. Therefore, if the gift is not for you please let the person know. If the gift is not cared for on arrival we cannot guarantee the quality of the cheese.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE?
Our parcels leave the shop about 3pm the day before delivery, therefore, you need to let us know before this time if you want to delay delivery. If the parcel has been dispatched and you delay delivery with APC then this may effect the quality of the cheese.
DO YOU PROVIDE TASTING NOTES?
At this moment in time we do not provide tasting notes, we only offer this for our Cheese Wedding Cakes. Each cheese is labelled with the cheese name.
If you particularly want tasting notes included please let us know and we will add them.
CAN I ORDER NOW FOR FUTURE DELIVERY?
Yes at checkout you will be able to select a delivery date from Tuesday to Saturday most weeks.
HOW ARE THE GOODS DELIVERED?
You can select a gift box, small, medium, large hampers or a Cheeseworks branded brown box.
HOW DOES YOUR WHOLESALE WORK?
Wholesale Cheese – we currently supply a wide range of fine dining restaurants, hotels and other establishments with their wholesale cheeses. We can compose cheeseboards and assist you in finding the right cheese to complement your menus. We will also supply tasting notes for your chosen cheeses and provide staff training on request. We are very flexible and are always sourcing new products to be able to offer restaurateurs the best quality and variety of wholesale cheeses available.
