A very firm Gouda covered in black wax, with a beautiful dark orange paste to offer an even better colour contrast with the white calcium lactea crystals. It is caramelly, biscuity with a hint of dark chocolate. Each cheese is carefully made in a small scale cheese room and then aged for 2 years with the greatest attention to quality in Woerden (Holland).
