Picos de Europa is a Spanish blue cheese produced in the Valdeon Valleyof Castile-Leon region of north western Spain. It is rich and creamy with well spread blue moulds and a tangy taste. it is made with cow’s or goat’s milk or a mixture of both and is wrapped in maple or sycamore leaves.
