Blossom Wedding Cake

Serves approximately 80-100 people.

A Glorious wedding combination of colours and flavours. The Alp Blossom at the base of the tower is an elegant touch for a beautiful floral, buttery cheese (it also comes with a spare small bag of flowers for decoration).

Accompanied by a whole Montagnolo, a rich, decadent triple crème blue cheese.

Next cheese up is a Vintage Organic Godminster Cheddar. Smooth in texture but sharp and tangy in taste. A definite crowd pleaser.

Just before the last layer is a Wigmore. Sweet and Milky, this sheep’s milk Brie is made to impress.

To top this cake you will find a Vintage Organic Godminster Cheddar heart shapes along with a Neufchatel Heart. A soft brie-style cheese from Normandy with mushroomy flavour under the rind and a citrussy centre.
