Black Sheep Cheese

This nutty, Welsh ewe’s milk cheese is a real treat in the palate! Slightly salty and a bit fruity as well, it is really a unique cheese to the UK. The texture is very smooth, almost akin to a Worcester Hop, which is quite rare for a firmer cheese.
